all the ladies in my family never used the belt they got the looped pad in place and with their thighs closed kept it in place. they didn't have DR Whites , they had Kotex looped, Modess looped Sanita Looped and Lady Looped sanitary pads, a lot thicker todays. no wings either.

Dr. Whites sanitary napkin, oh my how I luv the belt, the fit and wetting the pad!??????
